It copies exactly the ebook on the site (free, but not Kindle compatible). It is a good idea, because the Wikisource ebook is technicaly very good. Other (and more expensive) Kindle editions are drawn from the same website, but technicaly of lesser standing, some really bad. Give the extra money to Wikimedia foundation, to help the creation of other good numeric books. (sorry for my bad english; I am french, you know).
